In addition to a hobby, I found that my skin started to clear up. This is something I've been battling for years.
There's nothing quite like the moment I slice into a fresh loaf, releasing that incredible aroma into the air. My goal is simple: to bake wonderful, flavorful sourdough loaves that everyone can enjoy.
